M3 Commerce Center

Goyette Mechanical played a pivotal role in the restoration of the former Detroit Cadillac stamping facility site, now home to the state-of-the-art M3 Commerce Center and the Lear Corporation Seating Facility. With a contract value over $8M, Goyette provided design-assist HVAC and piping services to help revitalize a significant footprint in Detroit’s industrial heritage and support the city’s ongoing economic resurgence.

Spreading Joy in New Carlisle

Hats off to our Indiana team for spreading joy to the New Carlisle, IN region this Christmas. This wonderful crew joined our data center colleagues and delivered much needed gifts to the New Carlisle Fire Department Toys for Tots program earlier this afternoon. The Fire Department has truly gone above and beyond this year! It’s been such an honor to be a part of the good work happening in the South Bend/New Carlisle communities. We’re thrilled to have made the region home.
